Learn to ride a motorcycle with the proven Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Basic Rider Course, (BRC). The MSF is an internationally recognized developer of comprehensive research based rider education. The MSF, Basic Rider Course is designed for students who are new to motorcycling, scooters, and returning motorcycle riders. This 2 day course is approved by the state of Georgia, upon successful completion, students will earn an MSF course completion card and a Georgia license waiver card. This class will introduce students to the 4 basic motorcycle skills: Riding in a straight line, shifting, turning, and stopping. Additionally the course consists of 4-5hrs of formal classroom training with group discussion, and videos. Day 2 consists of more complex riding situations, such as engaging in traffic, swerving, and riding over obstacles.
Students should be able to ride a bicycle, be mentally and physically prepared for a fun and challenging two days. Students will need to provide their own personal gear. Long sleeve shirt, or jacket, full finger gloves, over the ankle boots, long pants or jeans.
Training motorcycles and helmets will be provided.
Our classes are limited to 6 students for more personal instruction.
